The application for grant of stay on the divorce decree filed by the appellant/ wife was dismissed. 3. It was observed in the said order dated 08.07.2008 that the respondent/ husband remarried in December-2006. 4. No representation for the Appellant. Mr. Nani Bobba, learned counsel appeared for the respondent. 5. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. 6.
