The unsuccessful husband in O.P.No.8 of 2002 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District, which was instituted for dissolution of marriage under Section 13(1)(ia) & (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, preferred the present appeal. 2. By a common order, dated 10.10.2006, the Court below had dismissed O.P.No.8 of 2002 and allowed O.P.No.87 of 2004, which was 2 instituted by wife under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for restitution of conjugal rights. 3.The proceedings sheet indicates that there was no representation for the appellant on 20.11.2023. Even today also, there is n
