The Tribunal has dismissed the Original Application on account of dismissal of application seeking condonation of delay of 20 years in filing the Original Application. 3. Submissions are sought to be made that the petitioner was seeking to question the order passed by the respondents in the year 2019 and not the order passed in the year 2003 and therefore, it cannot be said that the Original Application filed by the petitioner was barred by limitation and therefore, the order requires a review. 4.
