The instant review application has been filed seeking review of an order dated 27.11.2024 passed by this Court dismissing Writ-A No.11286 of 2024 (Pankaj Kumar Singh & 2 Ors. vs. State of U.P. Ors) on the ground of laches as it was filed on 25.11.2024 challenging an order dated 04.06.2020 passed by State Public Service Tribunal. 3. The learned counsel for the review-applicant has submitted that by means of the order dated 10.01.2022 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of In Re: Cognizance for Extension of Limitation Suo Moto W.P.(C) No.3 of 2020, the period of limitation for all cases was extended till 28.02.2022 keeping in view the spread of Covid- 19. 4.
