K AMRITH RAJ The Court made the following: THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 726/2024 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 24.01.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1503 of 2023. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the orders of this Court, the respondents passed a speaking order dated 28.11.2024 rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case and requested to grant liberty. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order passed by
