Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for respondents submitted the proceedings issued by the Chief Commissioner State Tax vide CCST’s Ref.No.REV03-19022(35)/5/2023-VIG-CCT, dated 31.12.2024, revoking the suspension order and reinstating the petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that petitioner joined in the post of Deputy Assistant Commissioner (State Tax) and reported to duty on the Forenoon of 31.12.2024.
