S PRANATHI The Court made the following order: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 14.12.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.26960 of 2023. Sri C.Subodh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the Contempt Case, respondent has not interfered with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property, as such, nothing remains for adjudication and prayed to close the Contempt Case. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
