Learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed the present applications. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of the applications, this Court is of the view that the delay of 51 days can be condoned. Accordingly, there applications are ordered. Consequently, the delay of 51 days is condoned and A.S.No.404 of 2013 is restored to file by setting aside the Judgment dated 03.01.2025, subject to the conditions that the petitioners/appellants shall pay costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the A.P. High Court Advocates Association and also file the paper book before the Registry on or before 15.06.2026 failing which, this order shall stand dismissed automatically. Lear
