The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereafter „Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of order dated 30.08.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-06 (West), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in case arising out of FIR bearing No. 28/2022 dated 05.01.2022 registered at Police Station Mundka for offence punishable under CRL.M.C. 4356/2022 2. The petitioner herein had preferred an anticipatory bail application before this Court i.e., which was disposed of vide order dated 02.08.2022. The relevant portion of the said order is set out below: “6. It has been submitted that char
