The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 along with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter “BNSS”) read with Section 45 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (hereinafter “PMLA”) seeking grant of regular bail in ECIR/DLZO-II/03/2024 dated 22nd April, 2024 registered under Sections 3 and 4 of the PMLA, arising out of FIR No. 59/2024 dated 12 th March, 2024, registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Delhi for offences punishable under Sections 274, 275, 276, 420, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter “IPC”). 2.
