The brief facts that led to the filing of the instant application are that on 12th March, 2024, FIR No. 59/2024 was registered at Police Station – Crime Branch, Delhi under Sections 274, 275, 276, 420, 468, 471 read with 120B and 34 of the IPC, based on a complaint by SI Gulab Singh.
