This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the inaction on part of the respondents in refunding the amount of security deposit and basic license fee in relation to the country liquor shop at Mallapur, District - Gonda for the year 2015-16. 2. Submissions have been made that though the petitioner is entitled to the refund of the amount in question, the respondents are not taking any decision on the said aspect, despite repeated reminders by the petitioner and communication by the District Excise Officer to the Excise Commissioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the representation made by the petitioner would be decided with expedition. 4.
