This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the show cause notice dated 31.05.2024 and demand dated 28.08.2024. 2. Counsel for the respondents has produced an order dated 10.01.2025 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Noida, Sector 14, Gautam Budh Nagar inter alia indicating that the rectification order has been passed whereby the demand raised against the petitioner, has been rectified/withdrawn. 3. In view of above fact situation, the petition has been rendered infructuous, the same is, therefore, dismissed as having become infructuous.
