When the petition earlier filed by the petitioner came up before this Court on 11.12.2024 in Writ Tax No. 2216 of 2024, on noticing that application filed by the petitioner under Section 154 of the Act was pending before the authority, the petition was disposed of directing the respondent no.2 therein to decide the pending application under Section 154 of the Act within a period of four weeks.
