Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file appeal under Section 107 of the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. 2. Submissions have been made that the period which has been spent by the petitioner in pursuing the present petition may be ordered to be excluded by the appellate authority. 3. For the purpose of seeking exclusion, the petitioner is required to move appropriate application in accordance with law. Once application in this regard is made, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law. 4. The writ petition, as prayed, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal subject to the observations made hereinbefore.
