By means of this petition, a prayer has been made to issue appropriate direction to the District Magistrate, Lucknow to execute the recovery certificate issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority on 16.09.2020 pursuant to an order passed by the Authority on 30.01.2020. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order passed by the Authority has not been challenged in any other higher court.
