Instructions filed by the learned Standing Counsel are taken on record. 2. Heard Shri Anurag Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 3. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.01.2025, whereby the financial and administrative powers of the petitioner acting as Gram Pradhan was ceased in exercise of power under Section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 read with Removal of Pradhan Rules. 4. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the basis of a complaint made on 14.02.2024, some preliminary inquiry was got conducted a copy whereof was never supplied to the petitioner. It is stated that based upon the said preliminary inquiry, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 22.08.2024, in compliance of the mandatory provisions contained in Section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. It is argued that the
