The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to allow an application said to have been filed by the petitioners for demarcation of Khasra No. 851, total area 570 square meters (unacquired part is 170 square meters) village Bohanja, Pargana Loni, Tehsil and District Ghaziabad in compliance of a letter dated 27.03.2021. 2. The case of the petitioners is that their unacquired part of holding in Khasra No. 851, total area 571 square meters is to be demarcated from the acquired part of the land. 3. It is noteworthy that initially one Lajpat Rai claiming himself to be power of attorney holder of Anand, Pradeep, Ramesh, Rajan, Sonu, Kanta Prasad, Ravi and Smt.
