Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 and also to take decision on the representation dated 18.09.2024 and reminder dated 23.12.2024. 4. The petitioner is an Association of Apartment-owners of a residential housing project developed by respondent no. 3 in the name of Hawelia Valencia Homes. A notice dated 30.05.2023 was issued by the respondent - Development Authority to respondent no. 3 under Section 10 of the U.P. Industrial Area Development Act
