The case of the petitioners is that they were owners of Khasra no.800 (new Khasra nos. 800/1s and 800/2s) total area 1.1972 hectare, Village- Akbarpur, Tehsil and District- Bulandshahr. An area measuring 0.1338 hectare was acquired under the provisions of the National Highways Act, 1956. The notification in that regard were issued in the year 2009 and 2010 and an award was made on 21.12.2010. Possession was taken in the year 2011.
