The petitioner has prayed for quashing of the Notifications dated 7.12.2010 and 17.3.2011 issued under Section 4 r/w Section 17 (4) and Section 6 r/w Section 17(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of 119.3181 hectare of land of Village-Niloni Shahpur Pargana-Dankaur, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Gautam Budh Nagar. 2. The acquisition was for planned development in district Gautam Budh Nagar through Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. As a large parcel of land was needed for development of the entire area as an integrated township and therefore, 21 different notifications covering 14 villages were issued, the details of which are as follows: Sl.
