The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 to modify the gazette notice published in Dainik Jagran in respect of Khasra No. 142 area 0.7320 and Khasra No. 143 area 0.490 hectare Mauja-Rahimpur, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Mathura in relation to respondent no. 4. 2. We have gone through the so called gazette notice. In fact it is a public notice issued by Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority in relation to its proposal for purchase of certain land and inviting objection from the parties in connection thereto. 3. The case of the petitioner is that by the said notice, the MVDA has given offer to respondent no. 4 for purchase of the subject land although the petitioners are the true owners of the same. 4.
