The instant petition has been filed praying for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2024. 2. In the representation, the petitioner has prayed for cancellation of the auction held by the Tehsil Authorities in compliance of order of U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) dated 05.02.2022 passed under Section 31 of the Act and the subsequent order for recovery. 3. The case of the petitioner is that the property has been sold at a rate less than the prescribed circle rate. 4. Undisputedly, the auction was held for recovery of amount as arrears of land revenue. Therefore, the objection has to be filed as per the statutory provisions and within time stipulated under the statue. 5.
