The limited prayer in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision in pursuance of notice dated 27.11.2024 and in the light of reply submitted by the petitioners dated 4.12.2024 within a specified time frame. 2. Notice dated 27.11.2024 was issued to the petitioners calling upon them to submit their reply/evidence by 4.12.2024 in respect of a plea that compensation amount should not be released until the finalization of a writ petition before this Court in respect of dispute between the various claimants. 3.
