Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that opposite party no.2 may be directed to decide Case no.76 of 2014, "Smt. Rekha Devi vs. Satyavati and others" filed under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, which is pending since the year 2014 and has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Bindki, District Fatehpur, is directed to proceed with Case no.76 of 2014, "Smt. Rekha Devi vs. Satyavati and others" filed under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act and decide the same in accord
