Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that opposite party no.2 may be directed to decide restoration application no.11572 of 2024 (Computerized Case no.T202415090311572), "Dinesh vs. Maya Devi" filed under Section 209(h) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in Case No.4493 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202315090304493), filed under Section 38(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid restoration application in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Sadar, District Ballia, is directed to proceed
