Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that opposite party no.2 may be directed to decide Revision no.330 of 2022 (Computerized Case no.C202215000000330), "Ramsahay vs. Mewati Devi" filed under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, which is pending since the year 2022 and has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid revision in a time bound manner. 4.
