The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent-Development Authority to decide the applications/representations dated 23.10.2024 and 24.01.2025 within a stipulated time and not to take any coercive action against the petitioners during the pendency of the writ petition. 2. It is evident from paragraph 8 of the writ petition that a show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner under Section 27(1) and under Section 28 of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973. However, the said notice is not under challenge before us. 3. Learned counsel for the Development Authority states that it will examine the reply/representations and take appropriate decision. 4.
