The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding respondents no.2 and 3 to return back the area measuring 0.33300, village Luksar, Pargana-Dankaur, Tehsil Sadar, District Gautam Budh Nagar to the petitioner as according to the petitioner it is in illegal occupation of the respondent-Authority. 2. The undisputed facts are that a notification under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') was issued on 29.01.2009. Plot no. 454 measuring 1.859 hectare was thereby acquired. It is not disputed that the share of the petitioner in the said land is 0.7330 hectare. The petitioner entered into an agreement with the respondents under the Karar Niyamawali in respect of 0.400 hectare and on basis thereof he was paid compensation. I
