Thus, the first prayer made in the writ petition for a direction to the respondent authority for being provided with copy of the decision taken in pursuance of order dated 09.03.2016 has been rendered infructuous. 2. Sri S.K. Mishra, counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to withdraw the instant petition and to take appropriate legal remedy for challenging the order dated 25.04.2016, a copy of which has been served upon petitioner in Court today. 3.
