Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that opposite party no.2 may be directed to decide stay application dated 14.11.2024 filed by the petitioner in Appeal no.C202414000003397 of 2024, U/s 38 (4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, "Mahendra Pratap Singh vs. Gajanan Pratap Singh", which is pending since the year 2024 and has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid stay application in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2- Additional Commissioner (Administration), Varanasi Divison Varanasi is directed to proceed with the sta
