Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that opposite party no.2 may be directed to decide stay application filed by the petitioner in Appeal no.1343 of 2022 (Computerized Case no.C202215000001343), "Rampalat and others vs. Munnilal and others", which is pending since the year 2022 and has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid stay application in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2-Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh, is directed to proceed with the stay application filed by the petitioner in Appeal no.1343 of 2022
