The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to demolish the house of the petitioner situated over Plot No. 28, Revenue Village Lakhri Fazalpur, Tehsil Moradabad, Sadar, District Moradabad. 2. The case of the petitioner is that she had purchased Plot No. 28, Khasra No. 2111 and 2115, from recorded tenure holder Naveen Kumar Pal. The petitioner was served with a notice on 8.9.2020 for demolition of her house on the ground that she does not have any sanctioned plan. On 26.7.2024, suddenly, a team of officials came to her residence and tried to demolish the house. The petitioner made representation on 29.7.2024 and the same is still pending.
