The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent no. 3 to pay compensation to the petitioner for Gata No. 196 Ka, area 0.121 hectare Village Mirzapur, Tappa Khuthan, Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur as per provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act, 2013. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject land belongs to the petitioner on basis of a sale deed dated 19.07.1991. The petitioner has not been paid compensation for the subject land so far. 3. Sri K.R.
