Pollution Control Board, Aligarh to grant consolidated consent and authorization certificate to the petitioners within stipulated time, taking into consideration the certificate granted on 30.11.2024 by Geology and Mining Department, U.P. in respect of running of a brick kiln situated at Village Hatsari, Tehsil Aliganj, District Etah. 2. Sri Sarthak Singh, learned counsel appearing for the U.P. Pollution Control Board, submits that the prayer of the petitioners for grant of certificate has been rejected by order dated 3.12.2024.
