This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 3 the Nayab Tahsildar Tahsil Handia, District Prayagraj to decide the restoration application dated 04.03.2024 filed by the petitioner in the mutation proceeding being Case No. 3205 of 2021 and Computer No. T2021020303205 (Reema Devi Versus Champa Devi) Under Section 34 Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006 with in stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that restoration application of the petitioner against the order dated 06.11.2023 is pending since 04.03.2024.
