This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No. RST/06042 of 2018 "Computer Case No. T201815510106042" (Arun Kumar Jaiswal Vs. Manorma Devi) u/s 35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Mau, expeditiously within stipulated period specified by this Hon'ble Court, so that justice may be done." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that restoration application of the petitioner against the order dated 05.12.2023 is pending since 26.09.2024. He prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merit
