Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing respondent No.3 Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Judicial) Tehsil Sagadi, District- Azamgarh to decide Restoration Application of respondent no.3 in the case No. T202415060702734 "Vijay Pratap Vs Shri Ram" under section 24 of U. P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a stipulated period." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that restoration application against the order dated 26.02.2024 is pending since since 13.03.2024 and petitioner is opposite party in the aforesaid application.
