To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Nayab Tehsildar, Ghughuli Sadar, Maharajganj to decide the mutation Case No. 15010 of 2024, Computerized Case No. T202405470115010 (Malti Devi Vs. Shailesh Kumar Maurya), Under Section-34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that mutation proceedings are pending since 15.10.2024 and he prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4.
