Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case no. 375 of 2021, bearing Computerized Case no. 202105200000375, (Ram Pravesh & others Vs. Ramayan & others), under section 30 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 pending before the Court of Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), District Deoria within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Writ C No. 17702 of 2023 which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 07.07.2023. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition on the same facts is not maintainable.
