This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "i-issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case no. 10375/2020 bearing its Computerized Case no. T202005200110375 (Shahin Parveen versus Rajendra), under section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Salempur, District Deoria within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court" 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that mutation proceedings are pending since 2020 and he prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No. 2-
