Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3, Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Ballia to decide the Case No.5342/2023 (Computerized Case No.T202315090305342) (Sunil Shaw vs. Om Prakash) under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court of Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Ballia within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the petitioner shall irreparable loss and injury, and/or pass such and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
