This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur to decide the case no. 33654 of 2024 Computerize case no. T202405310333654 (Parasnath and others Versus Ram Swarath and others) section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, pending before him since 3.11.2020, expeditiously if possible stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date.
