The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Chandauli to decide the Case No. 5524 of 2022 (Computerised Case No. T202214180105524) (Pramod Kumar Singh and others Versus Tej Bahadur Singh and others) under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
