At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that she may be permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause of the writ petition. 3. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "A writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing the impugned order dated 12/09/2024 passed by the Respondent No.3 to the extent of granting temporary way to the petitioner and vacating the order on objection being raised by the other party/respondent as well as the impugned order dated 27/12/2024 passed by the Respondent No.2." 5.
