The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2-Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil-Nizamabad, District-Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 5011 of 2023, Computerized Case No. T202315060205011 (Shitala Prasad and others Versus Rajendra and others), under Section 38 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 19.01.2023 expeditiously within specific short period in accordance with law." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforesaid case is pending since 2023 before respondent no.2 for adjudication.
