Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus command the Respondent No.2/Commissioner, Moradabad Division, Moradabad to consider and decide the Revision No. 2039 of 2024, Computerized Case No. C2024130000002039 (Mohd. Yakoob Khan Vs. Smt. Akila Begum and other), U/S 210 UP Revenue Code, which is pending before him since 27.08.2024, forthwith, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid revision is pending since 2024 and the same has not been decided till date.
