Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsildar, Machhali Sahar, District Jaunpur (Respondent No.3) to conclude and decide the Case No. T-202414360310326 under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Chhote Lal and Others Vs. Gagatnarayan and others) pending in the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsildar, Machhali Sahar, District-Jaunpur expeditiously if possible within a period of 3 months." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending since 2024. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided, expediti
