Order on Writ Petition Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have moved an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in the year 2024 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kasya, Kushinagar for demarcation of the petitioners' land and in pursuance of the order of Sub Divisional Magistrate the area Lekhpal has also submitted his report dated 19.07.2024, however the said application is still pending for consideration. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that grievance of petitioners would be sufficiently met in case Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kasya, Kushinagar considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound man
