This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.5 not to construct of funeral centre over the land of the petitioners bearing Gata No.543 area of about 0.03260 hectare situated at Village Sainua, Tappa Sahil, Pargana and Tehsil Naugarh, District Siddharth Nagar. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to appropriate proceedings as may be permissible under the law. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed above.
